it's all for Tohjiwa

in 2003 i have use an computer connected to internet in Telkom Indonesia Office, that's is a first time I typed a query into Google, I was still in elementary school. Back then, I was used to static electronic devices like game consoles and VCD players. But when I typed something into Google search for the first time, it felt like the device actually understood me. and i actualty know, the picture i search not exist on the computer but the computer show me what i search and i know it seand from somewhere else. It was an incredible aha moment. the next year in 2004 I got my first computer, and it an intel pentium III. that and amazing, of couse it not connect to internet. and mostly i use microsoft paint to do something fun.

day after day I always questioning how something work, and someday my interest in engineering started in a corner of my junior high school classroom. I wondered how a cable could send data from a computer to a phone, and can work in vise versa. Once I got home, I cut open a USB cable I usually used, and I just only found ordinary copper wires inside. what i know is cable for electric, and how some picture, video, music, and document can transfer throught a copper cable. That was the exact moment I started asking myself what was actually going on beneath the surface.

In high school, I wrote my first ever HTML page, visual basic programs, a simple game with rpg maker & ruby, and an simple antivirus. The anti virus working with just simple compare CRC32 HASH with virus database to find harmfull file. Since then, I haven't stopped learning how electronic devices work and how software actually runs on top of hardware.

in univercity I start learn and write a software in C/C++ and java. at that time I can start write more profesinal website and game. for my final univercity project I develop tower defence game with simple AI system dan A star path finding. in 2014 the first comercial project i invole is to create game mobile for promotional material. and it make me so excaited. 2015 I invole in project to create 3D visualitation website, it make me as a young boys feel financial freedom.

after that, I have lot of experience in some project extensively use C/C++ and java. most fundamentaly improve my experience is in 2015, I involve in project to develop visual scripting language, and it write in C++. And in other year, I involve in development of Operating System based in Linux Kernel.

As we kept growing, from project to project. the monumental moment is in the time I need to define Tohjiwa Teknologi core values. at that time, I tried to answer a simple question: "What is the most valuable thing that can be done in a simple way?"

As I wrote at the time:
"Helping a grandmother recover from the flu, helping a mother take care of a younger brother, and making sure a father can keep his family happy." and what web belive in our heart is, di setiap cita-cita terdapat kemuliaan. jadi kami akan mendukung agar semua orang mencapai cita-cita nya.

All of that means being a small part of something that can save a family and can help in someway to make someone achive their cita-cita. At that moment, I realized that “Tohjiwa Teknologi is not a conventional company. We do not intend to become one”.

We have always strived to do more, to do important and meaningful things with the resources we have.

nowdays in Tohjiwa Research we have lot of exaited project from AI, algoritm, tlibc, to kernel.
